Role overview
A creative internship opportunity is available in Berlin for emerging design talent who want to gain hands-on exposure with well-known brands such as American Express, Barrys, Uber Arena, Eisbären Berlin, and others. The internship begins on 15 August 2026.
MWD is a 360-degree creative agency with a strong digital focus, based in Frankfurt am Main and Berlin. Since 2012, the team has worked in a compact structure for major brands. Through long-standing relationships with clients in lifestyle, travel, entertainment, and sports, the agency is closely involved in shaping and developing their brands and product portfolios in a collaborative, direct way.
What you will do
- Gain insight into multiple areas of advertising, brand development, and sponsorship over a period of 6 months.
- Contribute actively to projects for major brands.
- Once your strengths have been identified, take ownership of a project from concept through to final development, creating a portfolio piece you can proudly present.
What we are looking for
- You are studying graphic design or communication design and are in at least your third semester.
- You can commit to a 6-month compulsory internship.
- You bring curiosity, courage, teamwork, motivation, independence, and a strong sense of commitment.
- You have excellent skills in standard Adobe tools, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
