About the Role

As a Designer at CB2, you play a pivotal role in collaborating with customers to envision and create tailored living spaces. The focus is on delivering exceptional design experiences aligned with the CB2 brand values of positivity, inspiration, and resourcefulness, all with an aim to drive company sales growth and enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Boost sales by offering distinct, engaging customer interactions and advanced design solutions inside the store, at clients’ homes, and through virtual platforms.
  • Develop sophisticated CB2 design presentations using preferred tools, including mood boards, 2D floor plans, product selections, and style inspirations.
  • Conduct personalized design consultations one-on-one, either in person or remotely via email, phone, or virtual meetings, ensuring projects are completed within designated deadlines.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of CB2’s brand aesthetics and merchandising strategies across its various channels: store, online, and catalog.
  • Achieve individual sales, key performance indicators (KPIs), service targets, and productivity benchmarks while engaging customers through proven selling methods.
  • Keep current with trends in both the marketplace and the interior design industry.
  • Listen actively to customer needs, matching them with appropriate CB2 products, and promote relevant loyalty programs such as designer rewards, Design Trade Program, CB2 credit card, and gift registry.
