Role Overview
We are urgently seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at Humanique Consulting Private Limited in Mumbai. This position requires a minimum of one year of experience in desktop support and offers an opportunity to work onsite in a professional environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for desktop computing issues.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems efficiently.
- Handle network-related issues with foundational knowledge.
- Maintain clear communication with users and management.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in desktop support.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Basic understanding of troubleshooting techniques and networking concepts.
- Must be a graduate from a recognized institute.

- Work schedule is night shift.
- Two-day rotational weekly offs.
