Job Overview
We are seeking Desktop Support Engineers to join our service desk team at our Mumbai Goregaon office. This position is ideal for freshers as well as individuals with experience looking to develop a career in IT support within a dynamic, rapidly growing company.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Provide desktop and technical support to users.
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of computer hardware.
- Demonstrate foundational networking knowledge.
- Handle incident management and deliver user assistance.
- Utilize strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Candidate Requirements
- Male candidates only are eligible to apply.
- Minimum experience: 6 months in a related role.
- Immediate availability to a maximum of 45 days notice period.
- Must be willing to attend a face-to-face interview at the office.
