About the Role
Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Digital Analyst to join its DePuy Synthes team based in New Brunswick, NJ, with possible locations in Raynham, MA, or West Chester, PA. This full-time, onsite professional opportunity centers on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency through digital solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of digital performance metrics to generate insights and support reporting efforts aiding decision-making.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools that track digital initiatives' effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various business and functional units to gather data requirements and translate these into actionable analytics.
- Track and analyze trends, user adoption, and performance of digital platforms and tools.
- Identify and recommend enhancements to digital workflows, user interfaces, and data integrity.
- Document and establish standards for digital analytics procedures.
- Contribute actively to initiatives focused on ongoing digital and customer experience improvements.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies, internal controls, and corporate guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline is mandatory; coursework in data analytics or digital technologies is preferred.
- Up to two years of experience relevant to digital or business analytics.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data sets into meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in common analytics and reporting software such as Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools.
- Preferred experience includes exposure to digital platforms, customer portals, CRM, ERP systems, or digital experience technologies.
- Desirable background working within regulated sectors like healthcare, life sciences, or medical devices.
- Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard development tools is advantageous.
- An interest in digital transformation and continuous process improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail, data accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- English language proficiency is required.
- Limited travel may be necessary, primarily domestic, up to 10%.
- Certifications related to analytics or digital technologies are preferred but not mandatory.
Additional Information
