Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Preferably experienced in asset management, financial services, regulated sectors, or similarly complex environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, and senior leadership reporting.
  • Proven track record within multi-entity organizations, handling consolidated forecasts and inter-company financial management.
  • Advanced proficiency in building, auditing, and managing complex, dynamic financial models.
