Role Overview

As Director, FP&A, based in Singapore on a hybrid schedule and reporting to the VP of GTM FP&A, you will act as the primary strategic and financial partner for the APJ Sales Leader. Your responsibility includes managing the financial trajectory of the APJ GTM motion, driving detailed forecasting, resource allocation, long-term strategic planning, and serving as a critical liaison between APJ operations and central global finance. A strong focus on AI application, predictive analytics, and machine learning to optimize workflows and business insights is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the chief financial partner for the SVP of APJ Sales and GTM leadership, functioning as a regional commercial CFO.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to report business outcomes and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead annual planning and periodic forecasting processes for APJ, including revenue, expenses, and headcount, integrating AI and predictive technologies.
• Develop long-range financial plans and models targeting $1B ARR for the APJ region.
• Partner with Sales Operations and Sales Compensation to align comp strategies, quota/territory planning, and pipeline analytics critical to regional success.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience in leveraging AI-driven solutions within functional domains.
• Extensive experience in Sales Finance, Operations, or Strategy, preferably within Enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to influence executives with strategic recommendations supporting decision-making and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of sales cycles, quota setting, territory planning, and sales compensation mechanisms.
• Advanced skills in analysis and forecasting P&L with ability to juggle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in architecting and scaling AI-powered financial models and predictive analytics for SaaS forecasting, ARR projections, and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Tableau, Salesforce.com, Clari, or similar software tools.
