Role Summary

The Dispatch Coordinator is vital to ensuring prompt scheduling and dispatch of drivers responsible for delivering and retrieving patient medical supplies and equipment. This role involves supervising driver operations, validating driver logs, and managing all necessary administrative documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage driver schedules to guarantee timely delivery and pickup of patient equipment and supplies.
• Supervise driver activities ensuring accuracy in logs and completion of required paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license held continuously for a minimum of three years.
• Basic familiarity with durable medical equipment is preferred.
• Self-driven with strong organizational skills for efficient time management.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with patients and internal team members.
• Must demonstrate reliability in attendance and overall job performance.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules.
• Commitment to uphold compliance standards outlined in company policies and the Code of Conduct, including participation in annual Corporate Compliance Program training.
