Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and self-driven Front Office professionals who aspire to advance their careers. The Doorman role focuses on delivering exceptional and guest-centric service to ensure each visit is memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently provide friendly, professional, warm, and engaging service to guests.
- Greet guests warmly and appropriately upon their arrival.
- Assist guests by opening car doors and escorting them to the lobby.
- Manage all car keys, ensuring vehicles are returned to guests within 10 minutes upon request.
- Report any guest complaints or problems to the duty manager promptly.
- Conduct thorough and effective handovers between shifts.
- Maintain complete familiarity with the hotel's policies, procedures, service standards, facilities, and current events.
- Build and sustain positive public relations while consistently exceeding guest expectations.
Qualifications and Skills
Ideal candidates will have completed vocational training in hospitality and preferably have experience within a hotel Concierge Department. Proficiency in written and spoken English and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Knowledge of computer operations and additional languages are advantageous.
