Key Responsibilities

• Transport hotel guests safely to and from airports, tourist attractions, business venues, and other designated spots.
• Help guests with their luggage and personal items.
• Operate hotel vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and safety standards.
• Adhere to assigned routes while prioritizing passenger comfort and security.
• Perform daily inspections and maintenance checks on the vehicle.
• Welcome guests politely and maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
• Offer information about the hotel amenities and local points of interest when requested.
• Respond efficiently and courteously to guest inquiries.
• Keep track of arrival and departure times.
• Document trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle upkeep activities thoroughly.
• Ensure vehicle registration, insurance, and licenses are always valid and up to date.
• Observe hotel safety and security protocols meticulously.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or suspicious events immediately to the appropriate authorities.
• Collaborate effectively with front desk, concierge, and guest service teams for seamless operations.
• Support special events, VIP guest arrivals, and group transport coordination.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Good understanding of local geography and destinations.
• Strong customer service aptitude combined with excellent communication skills.
• Effective time management capabilities ensuring punctuality.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a professional attitude and neat appearance at all times.
