Role Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic Event Crew Members to support our events across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane on a casual, project-based contract. This role involves working closely with our Creative Director, Event Producers, and suppliers to ensure flawless event execution and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in event setup (bump-ins) and pack down (bump-outs).
• Arrange styling elements, furniture, signage, and event materials.
• Welcome guests and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage guest registration and check-in processes.
• Support onsite logistics as directed by Event Producers.
• Coordinate arrival of suppliers and contractors.
• Provide assistance to entertainers, speakers, and VIPs.
• Support backstage and green room operations when required.
• Maintain event presentation standards throughout the event.
• Run errands and offer general onsite assistance.
• Represent En Pointe professionally in all interactions.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a positive, energetic, and professional demeanor.
• Deliver outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
• Able to remain calm under pressure and maintain a proactive approach.
• Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Holding a current driver's license is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in events is preferred but not mandatory; hospitality, retail, tourism, customer service, airline, or promotional staffing experience is valuable.
