Overview
OSIS is hiring a highly organized, polished, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team with both strategic and day-to-day operations.
This position suits an experienced administrative professional who performs well in a busy environment, handles sensitive information carefully, and has strong Microsoft Office expertise, especially in creating presentations and business communications for senior leaders.
In this role, you will be a dependable partner to leadership, helping executives stay organized, well-prepared, and focused on the organization’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver senior-level administrative assistance to the Executive Team, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, arranging travel, and handling confidential correspondence.
- Create polished PowerPoint decks for executive meetings, all-company meetings, strategic planning sessions, and Board of Directors meetings.
- Write, revise, and manage executive communications, strategic documents, agendas, reports, and meeting packets with a high level of accuracy.
- Build meeting agendas, document meeting notes in detail, monitor action items, and support follow-through after meetings.
- Assist the OSIS Board of Directors with meeting logistics, document preparation, and general administrative support.
- Plan executive travel, conferences, company events, and offsite meetings.
- Work with teams across the organization to collect information and prepare clear, accurate materials for leadership.
- Act as the main point of contact for office vendors, building services, office supplies, and facilities-related coordination.
- Help support internal culture programs, employee events, and broader organizational initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma is required; an Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in administrative support or executive assistance.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, including PowerPoint for executive and board presentations, Word for professional documents, Outlook for calendar and meeting management, and Excel for organizing data and reporting.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Excellent planning, time management, and multitasking ability.
- Comfort handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Prior experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or board members is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing several priorities at once.
Additional Information
This is a fully remote role. However, the selected candidate must travel to the Cincinnati, Ohio office once per month for 1 to 3 days.

Compensation
Annual salary range: $60,000 to $90,000.
