Overview
Join Vijay Home Services as an Executive Assistant supporting the Founder & Managing Director. This role involves efficiently managing the director's schedule, coordinating communications, and assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments, external vendors, and clients.
- Monitor ongoing tasks, follow up on deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Draft reports, presentations, and take minutes during meetings.
- Handle correspondence including emails and phone calls professionally.
- Provide support for routine business and administrative duties.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while assisting in strategic and operational activities.
Requirements
- Degree holder in any academic discipline.
- 2 to 5 years’ proven experience as an Executive Assistant or related positions like Personal Assistant or Executive Coordinator.
- Excellent skills in communication, coordination, organization, and multitasking.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment while upholding professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferred Background
Experience in service sectors such as home services, logistics, packers and movers, appliance repair, painting, deep cleaning, pest control, facility management, or operations is advantageous.
Compensation and Joining
Monthly remuneration up to 32000 INR, dependent on skills, experience, and interview outcome. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
