This permanent, full-time position focuses on data collection within retail environments without any sales responsibilities or targets, offering a stable monthly wage.

Core Responsibilities

• Visit specified retail outlets according to a designated route plan.
• Carry out basic in-store survey activities.
• Gather and accurately log survey data using a mobile application.
• Submit daily survey reports through the app to supervisors.
• Maintain communication with the reporting supervisor for coordination purposes.

Compensation and Work Conditions

• Fixed monthly salary starting at ₹16,000.
• Payments processed punctually every month.
• Assigned day shifts.
• Role involves on-site work exclusively within shops or outlets.
• Training will be provided prior to starting work.

Eligibility and Preferences

• Applicants must be male, aged between 21 to 29 years.
• Possession of good communication skills is essential.
• Basic knowledge related to fieldwork is required.
• A smartphone is mandatory for daily data recording and communication.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
