Field Sales Executive

Overview

Lenskart, a leading Indian eyewear retailer, is seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to join their expanding team. Based in Kochi, you will conduct in-home eye tests and sell Lenskart's range of spectacles directly to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers' residences according to scheduled appointments.
• Perform eye examinations utilizing specialized equipment.
• Promote and sell Lenskart eyeglasses with excellent customer service.
• Carry equipment weighing approximately 18-20 kg during visits.
• Achieve defined sales targets to earn commissions.

Requirements

• Graduate or diploma holder, or 12th pass with a minimum of one year experience.
• Must possess a two-wheeler (bike) and a valid driving license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physically capable of carrying and handling heavy equipment.
• Willingness to travel extensively and accommodate flexible working hours.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of INR 275,000 per year.
• Variable pay linked to sales performance through commissions.
