Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise accounting operations across four distinct company entities.
• Evaluate, enhance, and enforce robust internal financial controls to safeguard assets and accuracy.
• Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to detect patterns and predict future trends.
• Develop, track, and oversee budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate as a key member of senior leadership to deeply understand the company's business model, operational activities, and expansion objectives.
• Prepare statutory financial documents, including company tax returns and financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a recognized Professional Accounting certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business finance dynamics.
• Experience within the construction sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
