Job Overview
The company seeks a dedicated Frontend Developer specializing in React.js to contribute to the development of a contemporary CRM/ERP platform built from scratch. The role involves close collaboration with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to build scalable, responsive, and high-performing web applications using up-to-date frontend technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft responsive and reusable user interface components utilizing React.js and TypeScript.
- Translate Figma design mockups into precise, production-ready applications.
- Develop reusable UI elements leveraging Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui libraries.
- Connect frontend modules to backend RESTful APIs.
- Manage client-side routing, state handling, and form validation mechanics.
- Enhance app performance and ensure compatibility across different web browsers.
- Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly documented code bases.
- Implement unit tests using Vitest or Jest along with React Testing Library.
- Engage in code reviews and adhere to Git-based version control workflows.
- Collaborate throughout all Agile sprint stages including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
Required Skills and Experience
- Fluent in English communication, both spoken and written.
- Minimum of three years’ hands-on experience with React.js development.
- Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui frameworks.
- Strong grasp of React Hooks, Context API, and React Router for navigation.
- Skilled in API integration via Axios or Fetch API.
- Familiar with build tools such as Vite, package managers like npm, and Git for source control.
- Understanding of responsive design techniques and modern UI/UX principles.
- Experience creating and maintaining unit tests through Vitest/Jest and React Testing Library.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with React Hook Form.
- Knowledge of identity management technologies including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth 2.0, or MSAL.
- Exposure to charting and dashboard libraries such as Recharts or Chart.js.
- Basic familiarity with Spring Boot backend integrations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
Educational Requirements
Candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
