• The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $23 to $25, with overtime paid between $34.5 and $37.5 per hour.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a genuine love and enthusiasm for children, engaging them through creative activities such as play, reading, and arts and crafts in family homes.
• Value clear communication with parents and team members.
• Available to work a minimum of three days a week during the hours of 7 AM to 7 PM.
• Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for transportation purposes.
• Capable of assisting children with school homework up to 5th-grade level in Math and English.
• Bring at least one year of regular childcare experience with children starting from infancy upwards.
• Provide three references, including two related to childcare experience (paid or voluntary) and one personal character reference.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate reliability as families will depend on you.

Required Certifications and Qualifications

• First Aid and CPR certification.
• High School diploma or GED completion.

Working Environment and Physical Requirements

• The daily environment is active and centered around children, including cleaning up after activities.
• Outdoor play will be part of the routine when weather permits.
• The role requires physical activities such as lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, and pushing.
• Ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must frequently get down to and rise from the floor multiple times each day.
• Ability to respond swiftly and calmly to emergencies and unexpected situations.
