Full Stack Developer

Role overview

Aanseacore is hiring an experienced Full Stack Developer to strengthen its development team in Udaipur. The role is centered on building modern web applications and delivering dependable, scalable software solutions. The ideal person will bring strong hands-on expertise in React, JavaScript, and MongoDB, along with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

What you will do

• Develop, enhance, and support web applications using React, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
• Create front-end components that are reusable, efficient, and maintainable.
• Plan and manage MongoDB data structures and database models.
• Connect application features with APIs and ensure smooth end-to-end functionality.
• Investigate issues, fix bugs, and improve application speed and stability.
• Take part in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Work closely with developers, QA professionals, and business stakeholders to deliver quality software.
• Prepare and update technical documentation when required.
• Maintain coding standards and overall software quality.
• Assist with application releases and ongoing product improvements.

Skills and qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4 to 9 years of experience in web application development.
• Strong working knowledge of React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and MongoDB.
• Ability to build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces.
• Working understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience integrating REST APIs.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with Git and other version control tools.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in a collaborative team setting.
