Role Overview

This role suits individuals who are detail-focused and capable of working independently. Passion and knowledge of clothing brands and styles are important. Responsibilities include:

• Learning about apparel categories and sizes
• Assessing the quality and value of items destined for sale
• Ensuring quality by inspecting for defects
• Pricing, sizing, and tagging clothing and linens according to category
• Hanging sellable products on racks

Qualifications

• Strong skills in customer service
• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Previous retail experience favored but not mandatory
• Flexibility to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
• Ability to fulfill essential functions with or without accommodation

Physical Requirements

• Capacity to sit, stand, bend, and reach for prolonged periods
• Able to lift, push, pull, carry, or move items up to 40 pounds regularly without assistance
