Role summary
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Fullstack Developer focused on React and Node.js. The position is intended for a client requirement and involves contributing to scalable web products from anywhere.
What you will do
- Build and improve full-stack web applications using React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.
- Create RESTful APIs and structure database schemas that support product functionality.
- Produce code that is clean, maintainable, efficient, and aligned with established engineering standards.
- Investigate bugs, resolve technical issues across the stack, and help keep systems stable.
- Take part in peer code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
Skills and qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js, along with their surrounding ecosystems.
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Familiarity with backend development using Express.js.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Comfort using Git and CI/CD workflows.
- Exposure to testing tools such as Jest or Mocha, plus debugging utilities.
