Job Overview

This is a part-time cleaning position based in Pine Falls, Manitoba, involving evening and weekend shifts. The hourly wage ranges from $16 to $20.

Key Duties

• Perform floor care including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, carpet extraction, and bonneting/buffing entrance mats and runners.
• Sanitize surfaces such as tables, chairs, countertops, fixtures, and trash receptacles.
• Dispose of garbage and recycling from offices, lunchrooms, washrooms, and common areas.
• Clean and disinfect washroom facilities including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, partitions, walls, and fixtures.
• Operate cleaning machinery securely and effectively.
• Wash interior glass and window surfaces.
• Carry out additional janitorial tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial cleaning of large public facilities is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Capability to adhere to established cleaning protocols; training will be provided onsite.
• Possession of a valid Manitoba driver’s license or reliable transportation means to reach the workplace.
• Must be able to obtain and keep a clean Criminal Record Check.
