Position Overview
The General Laborer will be responsible for supporting various production areas by effectively utilizing hand and power tools. This role operates on the afternoon shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools and power tools such as drills and tape measures proficiently.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
- Physically capable of lifting weights up to 50 pounds.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability.
- Be willing to work overtime during weekdays and weekends as necessary.
Experience and Safety Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous.
- Compliance with safety protocols including mandatory respirator use. Employees must be clean-shaven where the respirator seals to the face to ensure correct fit and protection, as per occupational health and safety standards.
