Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the rail network and track facilities consistently to ensure reliable service.
• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs independently on components such as rails, sleepers, and track beds.
• Always prioritize the safety of your team members during daily work.
• Participate in our internal qualification programs and regularly attend training sessions to continuously improve your skills.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training as a Track Construction Worker or equivalent qualification.
• Motivated and capable of obtaining additional certifications relevant to track maintenance.
• Willingness to work in shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays as well as outdoor conditions.
• Enjoy physically demanding tasks and teamwork.
• Possession of a valid Class B driving license.
