We are seeking a poised and approachable female Guest Relations Executive for a high-end dining establishment located in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service in a premium restaurant setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests upon arrival and managing reservation systems efficiently.
- Coordinating seating arrangements to enhance guest comfort and operational flow.
- Addressing guest inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Ensuring guests have an outstanding dining experience throughout their visit.
Candidate Requirements
- Females only eligible to apply.
- Between 1 to 3 years of working experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication abilities coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
