About the Role
We are seeking a Guest Services Manager to head a premium corporate hospitality team in a busy Dublin setting. This role offers the chance to lead a team dedicated to delivering flawless, high-end hospitality, ensuring every guest interaction is exceptional and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Guest Relations team to consistently provide outstanding service.
- Establish and uphold premium hospitality standards across all guest engagements.
- Foster a culture emphasizing accountability, ownership, and continuous refinement within the team.
- Serve as the principal point of contact for handling complex guest concerns and service recovery situations.
- Deliver personalized, memorable experiences from guest arrival until departure.
- Develop strong connections with repeat guests by anticipating their needs and preferences.
- Manage VIP visits, executive meetings, and other notable events with meticulous execution.
- Take full responsibility for the entire guest experience related to meetings, conferences, and events.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure flawless delivery of services including catering and room arrangements.
- Maintain client-facing areas to uphold a premium, professional atmosphere.
- Regularly assess service quality through feedback, observation, and performance data.
- Identify and implement process improvements while keeping service excellence intact.
- Act as a visible leader advocating for a unified, high-standard service culture across the business.
Candidate Profile
- Proven background in luxury hospitality, premium hotel environments, executive lounges, or corporate guest services.
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior leaders and VIP clients confidently.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively in dynamic settings.
- Problem-solving orientation with a focus on solutions.
- Professional demeanor with keen attention to detail.
- Experience with meeting room reservation systems or visitor management platforms is advantageous.
