Role Overview
Join our team at EHBOICT as a Hard- & Software Support Specialist based in Te Kopuru, Northland, New Zealand. In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for assisting all staff and students directly on site with the usage and troubleshooting of their computer systems, covering both software and hardware aspects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-location support to employees and students to facilitate effective computer use.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to software and hardware.
- Maintain communications and relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct training sessions aimed at enhancing the IT skills and knowledge of staff members.
