Healthcare Data Project Manager

Position Overview

This full-time role as a Healthcare Data Project Manager offers a remote working arrangement with a competitive annual salary ranging from $400,000 to $550,000. The successful candidate will be accountable for end-to-end project management, ensuring exceptional service for leading AI Lab clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects comprehensively, ensuring client satisfaction with deliverables of high complexity.
• Supervise intricate healthcare and medical data pipelines aimed at enhancing efficiency, precision, and scalability.
• Manage teams comprising Human Data Managers and Leads, and oversee the contributions of healthcare and medical specialists.
• Engage in direct communication with AI Lab clients concerning significant and impactful projects and their statuses.
• Partner with Human Data Engineers to establish and monitor key performance indicators within expert-driven workflows.
• Deliver high-level reports and insights about project progress, data performance, and operational effects to senior leadership.

Candidate Requirements

• An MD qualification is advantageous but not required.
• Professionals with backgrounds in data operations, data engineering, computer science, or those extensively acquainted with healthcare and medicine will be considered.
• Minimum experience in a leadership capacity managing substantial data projects, ideally related to healthcare.
• A strong enthusiasm for building and deploying solutions quickly in challenging, high-pressure settings.
• Excellent skills in managing relationships with stakeholders, especially senior experts in healthcare and medicine.
