Housekeeping Coordinator

Role overview

Park Hyatt Doha is looking for a Housekeeping Coordinator who is organized, guest-focused, and committed to helping deliver a smooth and polished stay experience. In this role, you will support the housekeeping function in upholding excellent cleanliness standards and guest comfort across the property.

What you'll do

• Coordinate day-to-day housekeeping support activities to help the team maintain high service standards.
• Assist in ensuring rooms and public areas meet the property’s cleanliness and presentation expectations.
• Help keep housekeeping operations running efficiently so guest requests are handled smoothly.

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline is considered an advantage.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a similar position within a hotel or luxury property.
• Good understanding of housekeeping processes, service standards, and equipment.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with housekeeping management systems.
• Strong English communication skills are required; knowledge of other languages, especially Arabic, is beneficial.
• A calm, solution-oriented approach with the ability to stay composed in busy situations.
