Role Overview

The organisation is seeking a detail-focused and proactive HR & Admin Associate to support daily HR and administrative functions. This position plays an important role in keeping internal processes organised, assisting employees, and ensuring office operations run efficiently.

What You Will Do

  • Assist with hiring activities, including interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
  • Draft employment offers and contracts.
  • Support onboarding and exit processes while ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
  • Handle enrolment and renewal of medical insurance.
  • Help ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Keep employee records and HR files accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with payroll preparation.
  • Answer staff questions related to HR policies and administrative matters.
  • Support visa, iqama, and other employee documentation tasks when needed.
  • Help organise corporate events and internal initiatives.
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, including supplies, maintenance, vendor coordination, calendar handling, meeting scheduling, workflow organisation, and general operational support.
  • Assist with company licensing, registrations, and compliance-related paperwork.
  • Arrange meetings, travel plans, and other administrative requirements as assigned.
  • Maintain HR and administrative records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the rollout of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement activities.
  • Carry out additional HR and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Work with Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and Chamber of Commerce systems.
  • Support banking administration by preparing documents, coordinating with bank representatives, and handling related requests.
  • Coordinate with the company’s legal and corporate services provider on corporate, regulatory, and government matters, including documentation and other legal/admin support.
  • Assist with vendor registrations and proposal submissions.
  • Ensure proposals are completed correctly and submitted before client deadlines.

Requirements

  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both Arabic and English.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
  • Saudi nationality.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, administration, or a comparable role.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and time-management abilities.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable managing several tasks in a busy, fast-moving environment.
  • A positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute as part of a team.
