Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the complete recruitment cycle aimed at attracting top-tier talent.
- Manage employee onboarding, implement HR policies, conduct performance assessments, and facilitate learning and development initiatives.
- Oversee administrative operations including office infrastructure management, asset oversight, and travel coordination.
- Ensure adherence to service rules, contractual obligations, and labor laws.
- Provide leadership support in team growth, conflict management, and fostering an organizational culture.
- Lead efforts to automate processes and compile documentation that enhances operational efficiency.
- Partner with the HR Manager to create and execute administrative and HR frameworks.

- High-achieving professional with strong academic credentials and demonstrated consistent success in relevant roles.
- Proven experience in establishing HR systems and policies within dynamic institutional environments.
- Exceptional communication abilities to articulate complex concepts clearly and liaise effectively with both internal teams and senior government officials.
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with organizational aptitude and empathy.
- Team-oriented individual driven to contribute to organizational advancement.
Educational Qualification
Possession of an MBA specializing in Human Resources or Personnel Management from a university or professional body recognized by the government.
Experience Requirements
A minimum of seven years of overall professional experience with at least three years serving in senior HR leadership roles, ideally within government, public-sector projects, or large-scale organizations.
