About the Role
Strengthening India Private Limited invites applications for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our corporate office located in South Extension-1, New Delhi. The role focuses on recruitment within the hospitality sector, aligning talent acquisition efforts with the operational staffing needs of hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes for hospitality roles, collaborating closely with hotel operations teams.
- Coordinate communication between candidates and management to ensure seamless hiring cycles.
- Adapt effectively to a fast-moving and dynamic workplace environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality recruitment or consultancy services is advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of hotel operational requirements and staffing demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong coordination abilities.
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality, or a similar relevant discipline.
Compensation and Application
