About the Role
White Force Group, operating under the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) initiative, is seeking candidates for HR positions ideal for fresh graduates keen to start their careers in Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Support the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish.
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to facilitate HR activities.
- Assist with daily HR operations.
- Keep HR records updated and prepare reports as needed.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants should be between 18 to 30 years old.
- Must hold a graduate degree with fundamental communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for building a career in HR.
- Possession of valid Aadhaar card, PAN card, and educational certificates is mandatory.

- Sessions on English speaking.
