About the Role
This internship is designed for a proactive and well-organized person to contribute to a range of HR activities across operations, talent, and employee engagement. The position provides practical exposure to HR processes, project coordination, onboarding, CSR-related initiatives, and employer branding work.
HR Project Coordination
- Assist the Singapore Head Office, Singapore Retail, and Zone Talent teams with HR projects and initiatives, from early planning through to delivery, including employee engagement events and related topics.
- Monitor and help manage HR projects across different teams and engagement areas within the South Asia regional office population.
- Work closely with HR and business partners to keep deliverables on schedule.
- Help organize engagement initiatives such as onboarding, employer branding, and corporate social responsibility activities, including event planning and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
HR Administration and Policy Support
- Assist with reviewing handbooks and policies, including areas such as employee benefits, staff welfare, and processes linked to the employee lifecycle.
- Support the preparation, coordination, and consolidation of HR reports, projects, and related initiatives.
Candidate Profile
The ideal intern is self-driven, highly detailed, and meticulous, with the ability to adapt quickly to new ideas, people, and ways of working. Strong organization, resilience under pressure, comfort with tight timelines, curiosity about complex business needs, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with a positive, can-do mindset are essential.
Commitment
This is a full-time internship requiring a 6-month commitment from July to December 2026.
Work Location
The role is based at Ngee Ann City Office in Singapore.
