Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Operations Specialist to support daily HR tasks. The role involves maintaining precise employee documentation and ensuring the smooth execution of HR procedures.
Primary Duties
- Update and manage employee records within the HR information systems.
- Ensure all HR activities adhere to company policies and labor laws.
- Prepare and handle reports utilizing advanced Excel functions.
- Administer general HR administrative responsibilities.
- Maintain the privacy and accuracy of employee information.
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations or comparable functions.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- High proficiency in Excel, including formula creation and data handling.
- Familiarity with government service platforms relevant to HR operations.
- Strong focus on detail and precision.
- Well-developed organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
