Indoor Sales Representative (Showroom)

Overview

Saudi Damons is looking for an Indoor Sales Representative to work in its showroom in Riyadh. The role centers on delivering a strong customer experience while driving sales performance in a busy retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet showroom visitors warmly and support them in a professional, helpful manner.
• Identify customer needs and suggest products that match their requirements.
• Develop and nurture positive, long-term relationships with clients.
• Work toward both personal and team sales goals.
• Create quotations and respond to customer queries in a timely way.
• Keep sales data and customer details organized and accurate.
• Work closely with other internal teams to ensure customers receive a smooth end-to-end experience.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline is required.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• The candidate should be customer-focused and able to deliver good service consistently.
• A strong sales orientation and the ability to understand customer needs are important.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities are needed.
• Applicants should present themselves professionally.
• The role requires the ability to stay effective in a fast-moving workplace.
• Strong organization and time management skills are expected.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office tools is necessary.
• Arabic and English fluency is preferred.
• A positive attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are valued.
• Prior experience in the furniture sector is not mandatory.
