Join ICEYE in Berlin as an Intelligence Analyst to transform raw geospatial and multi-source data into insightful strategic intelligence reports. Reporting to the Head of Intelligence at ICEYE Germany, this permanent, onsite role involves working in a high-security environment, potentially requiring security screening consistent with relevant governmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive strategic intelligence assessments based on defense, security, geopolitical risk, critical infrastructure, environmental, and humanitarian developments.
• Utilize ICEYE's SAR data as the primary analytic source, interpreting imagery and change-detection outputs alongside open-source intelligence and other customer data to build layered intelligence pictures.
• Apply expertise in technical collection disciplines such as IMINT, OSINT, SIGINT, or ELINT to enhance analysis, recognize data signatures, and identify anomalies.
• Maintain and deepen regional and thematic expertise relevant to ICEYE’s customer priorities by tracking developments and building source networks.
• Contribute to team-wide analytical standards by peer-reviewing intelligence products, offering structured feedback, and advancing tradecraft within ICEYE Germany.

Expected Performance Milestones

• Establish analytical standards, workflows, and templates within the first three months.
• Consistently produce high-quality weekly situation reports and monthly or on-demand strategic assessments.
• Receive positive customer feedback validating clarity, rigor, and decision relevance of intelligence products, with no major revisions required.

Candidate Profile

• Proven intelligence or geospatial analytical experience, including open-source research or related analytical fields.
• Proficiency in interpreting IMINT or SAR data and using GIS platforms such as QGIS or ArcGIS.
• Familiarity with OSINT techniques, signals intelligence (SIGINT/ELINT), or other technical collection methods enhancing multi-source analysis.
• Strong analytical writing skills with the ability to produce clear, structured, jargon-free intelligence reports calibrated for senior decision-makers.
• Possession or eligibility to obtain German security clearance (Sicherheitsüberprüfung Ü2/Ü3).
• Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English for producing and presenting intelligence products.

Recruitment Process

• Initial conversation with Talent Acquisition personnel.
• Interview with the Head of Intelligence.
• A take-home analytical exercise followed by a live presentation and discussion.
• Cross-functional interviews with ISR Operations Lead, Intelligence Products team, and senior leadership.
• Final discussion with the CEO of ICEYE Germany.
