Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent Interim Sales Representative based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, to manage market visits, place orders, and ensure effective billing and stock management. The role requires adherence to daily targets and close coordination with the reporting manager, operating primarily from Monday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM from Monday through Saturday.
- Visit DBR Points to verify stock availability and promptly report findings to the reporting manager.
- Execute market visits according to the Planned Journey Plan (PJP) and designated beat areas.
- Make a minimum of 40 calls daily as per assigned beat, maintaining at least 50% productivity calls.
- Focus on placement and billing of value-added products with a daily minimum billing target of Rs. 50,000 for both SW and NSW products.
- Utilize POPs (Point of Purchase displays) effectively in the market; notify reporting manager if POPs are unavailable and request replenishment.
- Address any market-related issues immediately by escalating them to the reporting manager and DBR.
- After completing market activities, visit DBR points to submit collected orders.
- Ensure that orders gathered are supplied accurately to the market.
- Close daily calls and report to the reporting manager at day's end.
- Use exclusively the Parry Connect app for order placement and billing transactions.
- Escalate any technical or non-technical issues encountered with the Parry Connect app to the reporting manager without delay.
