About the Role
Saiva System India is looking for motivated International Voice Process Agents to join SSR Techvision at their Noida office (Sector 64). Candidates from Noida and Delhi NCR are preferred. This position focuses on outbound communication to generate leads and boost business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telephone calls to prospective clients.
- Effectively communicate product and service information during calls.
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships.
- Address customer objections, queries, and complaints with professionalism.
- Strive to achieve sales goals to support the company's growth objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Up to one year of experience in a related role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Confidence and persuasive skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary up to ₹30,000.
- Additional food allowance and attendance bonus.

Work Schedule
- Night shift hours from 7:45 PM to 5:15 AM.
- Workweek consists of six working days.
