Internship Trainee

Overview

The Finance Customer Service Trainee will provide essential support to branch and customer service teams by participating in operations, client interactions, and administrative responsibilities at a branch level.

Core Duties

• Assist with daily gold loan processing and customer queries at the branch.
• Support the branch staff in addressing and resolving customer concerns.
• Engage in lead generation, client acquisition, and retention efforts.
• Contribute to marketing and promotional campaigns to increase branch presence.
• Help build and sustain customer relationships by delivering tailored services.
• Carry out administrative functions including data entry and report preparation.

Additional Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about financial products and services.
• Manage customer complaints and process orders efficiently and courteously.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support customer feedback collection processes to improve service quality.
• Maintain records and perform routine follow-ups as part of administrative support.

Compensation

This role offers a monthly stipend ranging between 12000 and 14000 INR.
