Overview
This role is for an IT Support Engineer based in Hyderabad. The position involves handling IT assets throughout their lifecycle, supporting security and compliance needs, and assisting with project execution alongside internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT assets, from acquisition and deployment through to retirement and disposal.
- Help maintain compliance with data security requirements and organizational controls.
- Work with stakeholders to support implementation activities for IT-related projects.
- Deliver technical support both face-to-face and through phone and email communication.
