Job DescriptionAs a Junior Cost Manager, you will be an integral part of a project team, focusing on cost planning, management, and control for significant construction projects, particularly within the data centre sector. You will progressively gain responsibility for sub-projects, ensuring effective construction cost management for our clients. Your role will involve supporting the creation of cost estimates and plans, actively participating in cost control throughout all project stages, and conducting invoice reviews and reporting. You will serve as a key point of contact and advisor, fostering collaborative relationships with client departments and planning teams.
QualificationsWe are seeking individuals with a degree in a relevant real estate or engineering field, such as Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a similar discipline. Prior practical experience in project management or project controls for complex building construction projects, with a specific interest in construction cost management, is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project is expected. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to devise optimal solutions for clients. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential, along with a minimum of B2 level German and fluent English language skills.
