Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Interior Designer with roughly two years of professional experience, ideally specializing in condominium and multi-residential interiors. This role involves close teamwork with intermediate and senior designers to develop concepts, plan spaces, create presentation materials, and assist with visualization. Additional responsibilities include managing the materials library and coordinating supplier presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of interior design concepts and space planning.
• Create and prepare visual presentation materials and 3D visualizations.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing the materials library.
• Coordinate presentations and communications with suppliers.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Highly self-motivated with a strong desire for continuous learning.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding interior designs with excellent visual and spatial abilities.
• Strong skills in space planning and interior composition.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), visualization software, and AI-based design tools.
• Able to produce presentation-ready rendered floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
• Experience or familiarity with Revit is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills combined with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Knowledgeable about local interior design standards and building codes, especially for condominium and private residential projects.
