About the Role

Daily Responsibilities
- Support planning and organization efforts by assisting in the creation of schedules, managing resources, and defining tasks following company-established methods and standards.
- Monitor project progress by updating deadlines, deliverables, and responsible parties, while helping identify risks, pending issues, and performance metrics.
- Maintain project documentation thoroughly and consistently, preparing reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and records essential for project traceability.
- Facilitate communication by participating in status meetings, acting as liaison between technical teams and clients, and aiding new team member onboarding.
Requirements
- Completed or ongoing higher education degree.
- Knowledge of traditional project management and agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Microsoft Project, and Google tools including NotebookLM and Gemini.
- Strong expertise in JIRA (Atlassian) is essential for this position.
Employment Details
This position is fully remote with a formal employment contract under Brazilian labor laws (CLT).
