Position Overview
The Junior/Associate Construction Planner will play a pivotal role supporting schedule creation, ongoing monitoring, and coordination of electrical and instrumentation projects within the data center sector. This position integrates advanced planning systems with onsite execution to ensure seamless project delivery.

Ideal candidates are analytical planners who transform complex construction activities into clear, structured timelines with measurable milestones. Curiosity, a proactive mindset, and eagerness to master sophisticated planning and reporting technologies within digital frameworks are essential.
Key Qualifications and Experience
- Between one and four years’ experience in construction or engineering planning, preferably within MEP or data center projects.
- Proficient with Primavera P6 or equivalent tools for developing, updating, and maintaining detailed project schedules aligned with construction workflows.
- Strong grasp of construction procedures and methodologies; ability to interpret drawings, comprehend construction logic, and translate site activities into schedules.
- Hands-on experience in active construction settings, collaborating with onsite teams to validate progress, identify risks, and maintain programme accuracy.
- Knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and schedule frameworks ensuring organized and transparent planning.
- Analytical abilities to assess progress data, predict delays, and aid decision-making through clear reporting; familiarity with Power BI insights is desirable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling alignment between engineers, supervisors, and management.
- A growth-oriented attitude with readiness to continuously enhance technical planning skills, construction knowledge, and digital proficiency.
