Primary Duties
- Perform various repair and maintenance tasks inside and outside domestic properties
- Assist multiple trades disciplines including joinery, tiling, painting, and basic plumbing
- Ensure work complies with specifications and health and safety standards
- Coordinate with supervisors, schedulers, and team members to meet deadlines
- Document work activities and complete required paperwork
- Maintain high standards of teamwork and customer service

- Follow a structured schedule managing repairs and maintenance tasks
- Travel between job sites using the company vehicle
- Work independently or alongside other tradespeople
- Engage with customers directly in their homes

Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds qualification
- Previous labourer experience, preferably in social housing or domestic property contexts
- Full UK driving licence
- Residence within the PR postcode region

- Experience in several trades such as joinery, tiling, or plumbing
- Additional trade-related certifications
