Position Overview

They are seeking hardworking, optimistic individuals interested in skill development and career growth. Reporting to the Team Leader, the Labourer will perform a range of tasks to support production and facility operations at the Hamilton site.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret work orders accurately.
• Load and unload trailers in compliance with Walters’ standards.
• Sort sheet metal, various parts, scrap metal, and other materials appropriately.
• Use hand tools to remove excess metal by cutting, grinding, or chipping as needed.
• Carry out specific project-related duties as assigned.
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with material handling within the plant using cranes, forklifts, and other equipment.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations and practices.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Flexible mindset to adjust and prioritize tasks as needed.

• Hourly wage ranging from $20 to $24.
