Role Overview
The Lead for Asset Management will be responsible for overseeing and improving financial performance across hospitality assets, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining brand standards to maximize guest satisfaction. This position requires close collaboration with hotel operators and internal teams to monitor key performance indicators such as occupancy, RevPAR, EBITDA, and guest satisfaction metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage asset performance and provide operational oversight to drive financial optimization.
- Coordinate with hotel operators to monitor operations and uphold brand standards.
- Analyze KPIs including occupancy rates, revenue per available room, EBITDA, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Assist the Head of Asset Management in formulating strategic plans aligned with the company’s vision, identifying opportunities for growth and cost savings.
- Collaborate internally and with operators to implement initiatives that increase asset value.
- Handle procurement activities by managing contracts for specialized equipment, services, and materials, ensuring vendor compliance with quality and deadlines.
- Work closely with design teams on renovation or refurbishment projects ensuring operational practicality and brand alignment.
- Support operational improvements and compliance measures among hotel operators.
- Generate comprehensive financial and operational reports for leadership and maintain communication across stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, finance, or a related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualifications are highly preferred.
- 10 to 13 years of relevant experience, preferably managing multiple properties or substantial hospitality assets.
- Experience in real estate with a focus on hospitality or working with international hotel brands is advantageous.
- Prior work in hospitality or related sectors is expected.
