Dyson Expert (Livestreaming)

Role Overview

Dyson is pioneering innovation by redefining standards rather than following conventions. We are seeking a Lead Livestream & Content Expert responsible for enhancing commercial success through impactful livestream presentations and strategic content development across live commerce platforms.

This position requires leading by demonstration in livestream sales, campaign execution, and performance enhancement, while also contributing to content strategies, affiliate training, and studio quality improvements.

The ideal candidate will combine charismatic on-screen presence with operational responsibility to optimize revenue, boost conversion rates, and drive platform expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and lead engaging livestream sessions on ecommerce platforms to drive commercial sales.
• Implement structured selling methods, effectively position bundles, and execute promotional sequences to maximize revenue.
• Manage goals related to Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), conversion rates, and average order values.
• Serve as the primary host during significant campaign periods and major sales events on platforms.
• Maintain strong audience interaction and uphold Dyson's brand image.
• Analyze post-livestream performance data to identify enhancements.
• Refine sales scripts, hooks, and techniques for handling objections effectively.
• Enhance demonstration flow and time management within livestream sessions.
• Share best practices within the team to elevate overall livestream quality.
• Create and extract compelling short-form video clips from livestreams for content use.
• Develop a demonstration library to showcase products and support affiliates.
• Ensure content creation aligns with campaign objectives and commercial targets.
• Contribute ideas to improve content formats that engage platform users.
• Assist affiliates and guest streamers in preparation by providing product knowledge and demonstration guidance.
• Maintain studio readiness, high-quality demonstrations, and presentation standards consistently.
• Identify opportunities to enhance demonstration execution and technical setups.
• Manage diligent reporting, performance tracking, and asset organization tasks.
