Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site driving role in Abu Dhabi. The selected driver will operate luxury vehicles to move clients between airports, hotels, meetings, events, and tourist locations throughout the UAE.

The position requires a high standard of customer service, safe driving, punctuality, and professional presentation. The driver will also work closely with dispatch, handle schedule changes, and reflect the company’s brand through conduct, communication, and appearance.

Key Duties

• Drive luxury vehicles safely for airport, hotel, business, event, and sightseeing transfers across the UAE.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and travel plans accurately.
• Keep the vehicle clean, tidy, and in excellent presentable condition.
• Help passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle and assist with luggage when needed.
• Provide polite, professional, and discreet service to every client.
• Monitor traffic, road conditions, and route updates to avoid delays and support on-time arrivals.
• Observe local traffic rules and internal safety procedures at all times.
• Stay in touch with dispatch and adapt quickly to last-minute itinerary changes.
• Represent the company in a calm, courteous, and professional manner.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Must hold a valid UAE driving licence appropriate for limousine or light vehicle driving and have a strong safe-driving record.
• Prior experience in professional driving or chauffeur work is preferred, especially in tourism, hospitality, or corporate transport.
• Strong customer handling skills, including respectful communication, discretion, and comfort with VIP and varied clientele.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE, including roads, landmarks, hotels, airports, and major business and tourist destinations.
• Ability to use GPS/navigation tools, work to a schedule, and manage time effectively for punctual pickups and drop-offs.
• Basic English communication skills are required; knowledge of Arabic or other commonly spoken UAE languages is an added advantage.
• Neat personal appearance and a calm, courteous attitude in different traffic and customer situations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to operational demand.
• Trustworthiness, reliability, confidentiality, and consistent compliance with company rules and safety standards.

Working Conditions

This role is based on-site in Abu Dhabi and is dependent on client demand and operational requirements. Flexible working hours may be needed, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
